Guided Walks for Angry Women was born out of clenched jaws, quiet burnout, and the unbearable suggestion to “just take a breath.” This isn’t mindfulness with a pastel filter. It’s movement with teeth.
We’re a small, fiercely intentional team who believe that anger is a signal, not a flaw. We make audio tools for women who are tired of being told to sit still, smile more, and soften every edge.
These walks aren’t about calming down — they’re about walking it through. Each one is crafted with driving music, thoughtful voiceover, and enough space to actually feel what you feel. No toxic pep talks. No spiritual bypassing. Just rhythm, clarity, and motion.
We believe in catharsis. In permission. In the radical idea that you don’t have to earn your anger — you just have to move through it.
We’re here for the hallway pacers, the car-cryers, the rage-walkers, and the quietly furious. You’re not too much.
